CANCELLATION POLICY
• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-Shows: Missing your appointment will result in a 90% charge. Future bookings will require a deposit. Late Arrivals • We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you arrive within 10 minutes, we will proceed with your service, but time may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the applicable fee will be charged. You will need to reschedule.
